COST, TIME AND METHODS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY
All EVA car mats are made to individual order, specifically for the indicated car model. Each order goes through a process of preparation, production and shipping.
The order fulfilment time consists of two stages:
• production time – which is calculated from the moment all necessary information is received and payment is credited,
• delivery time by the carrier – which begins after the parcel is dispatched and depends on the chosen delivery method and the courier company's operations.
This means that the total waiting time for an order includes both the process of preparing and making the product, as well as the time required for its delivery.
Production fulfilment time
The standard order fulfilment time is 14 working days and is calculated from the moment of:
- receiving all information necessary to fulfil the order (e.g. photos of the vehicle floor, if required),
- payment being credited (in the case of a bank transfer or online payment),
-
order confirmation (in the case of cash on delivery after prepayment).
We make every effort to ensure that production proceeds as quickly as possible. During periods of increased order volume (season, promotions, holidays), the fulfilment time may be slightly extended.
Delivery methods
We fulfil orders within Poland via trusted courier companies:
- InPost Courier
-
DPD Courier
Available delivery methods are visible when placing an order in the basket.
Delivery time by the carrier
After production is complete and the parcel is dispatched, the standard delivery time is usually:
-
1–3 working days for courier shipments (DPD, InPost Courier)
The times provided are indicative and depend on the carrier's operations.
Important information regarding delivery
The delivery time may be affected by factors beyond the Seller's control, such as:
- increased workload of courier companies (e.g. holiday periods, sales),
- weather conditions,
- public holidays,
- logistical difficulties on the carrier's side.
EVAMATS is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of courier companies, however, we are always here to help with tracking your parcel.
Receiving the parcel
Upon receipt of the parcel, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging. If you notice any damage, you should:
-
Draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier (in the case of courier delivery),
- Take photos of the damage,

Exact colour reproduction is an art, not an exact science.
We make every effort to show the colours of our materials accurately. However, several technical and environmental factors can affect how a shade appears:
Screen settings.
Every phone, tablet and monitor displays colour differently depending on its technology, brightness, contrast and colour temperature. For example, OLED screens often show colours more vividly than LCD screens.
Lighting and surroundings.
A colour may look different under natural and artificial light, and at different light intensities. A shade can appear lighter in daylight than under indoor lighting.
Material texture.
The EVA material used for our mats has a distinctive texture and relief. This can create optical effects that make the colour look different depending on the viewing angle.
Every mat is made with close attention to detail and quality. If you are unsure which shade to choose, contact us and we will be happy to help.
